Summary
Bookings
We hire out our van all year round. The van is well equipped for all seasons, although we recommend booking far in advance, especially in summer months to guarantee your dates.

Driver Requirements
As a requirement for insurance purposes, we require to see-
⁃ Scanned Copy of Driving Licence
⁃ DVLA licence check code (we will do this with you upon collection)
⁃ 2 proof of address methods - these must show your name and address as per your driving licence
Examples:
⁃ electricity bill
⁃ Gas bill
⁃ Water bill
⁃ Council tax
⁃ Tv licence
⁃ Payslip
This is a non-negotiable request, if you do not provide the correct documents upon collection, we have the right to cancel the hire without a refund.
These documents will be required PER driver, if you selected to add an additional driver at booking stage.
Payments and Deposits
At booking stage, your total price will be displayed. If the booking is over 8 weeks in advance, you will have the option to pay either: £150 deposit OR full balance.
At 8 weeks until the start date of hire, an email will be sent to remind you to pay the remainder of your balance.
We also require a security deposit of £750 on the date of collection, this is case of any damages upon return of vehicle.

Please Note - Failure to pay your remaining balance will result in a cancellation of your booking and your deposit will not be refunded
Collecting the Van
When booking you will have the option to select a time slot between 2-4:30pm to collect the van. This will also be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
We advise arriving 30/40 minutes before this time, to allow us to go through all documentation and guide you through how to use the campervan.
If you wish to amend or request a different collection time, please contact us using our online form.
Return of the Van
You will have the option to select a return time between 9-11AM when booking, this will also be stated on your confirmation email.
Please ensure you prepare for your return journey to us, allowing additional time in the event of traffic.
If you will be late, please contact us to let us know as soon as possible. We may charge a late fee in some circumstances.
The van should also be returned with a full tank of fuel, as we will provide a full tank upon collection. Failure to do so will result in reduction in return of your security deposit.
